The registration fees include access to the conference sessions, poster sessions, exhibition hall, conference materials, lunch and coffee breaks and the option to purchase a ticket for the Congress Networking Dinner.

Residents, Trainees and Allied Health Professionals
To register as a resident, trainee or allied health professional, you must be able to provide proof of your status.  Please email proof of your status to espo2023@abbey.ie  We will accept a copy of enrolment, student ID or letter from your hospital, as relevant.

Networking Dinner
The ESPO Networking Dinner will take place in the evening of Monday 22nd May at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral.  A drinks reception will be followed by a three course meal and wine in the stunning surroundings of the Cathedral.  After the meal, you will enjoy some spectacular entertainment, Liverpool-style!

Places are limited and tickets must be purchased to attend.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Payment of Registration Fees
Our preferred payment method is by credit/debit card. Cards accepted are Visa, Visa Debit and MasterCard.  Please note the payment will show on your statement as “Abbey Tours”.

Access to the meeting will not be granted unless full payment has been received.  On receipt of your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with a receipt attached.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Registration

 

• Notice of cancellation must be sent in writing to the conference secretariat at the following email address: espo2023@abbey.ie

• Registration fees will be refunded less £100 administration charge for cancellations received on or before 20th March 2023. 

• There will be no refund for cancellations received on or after 21st March 2023.

• Substitutions are welcome.

• No‐shows will not receive a refund in any circumstances.

• If you test positive for COVID-19 and will not be out of your isolation period prior to your travel date/start of the conference, or if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, you must not attend the conference.  In these circumstances, notice of cancellation must be sent by email to espo2023@abbey.ie prior to the conference and a refund will be granted, minus a £100 administration charge. 

• In the unlikely event that the conference cannot be held in whole or in part due to any event beyond the Organisers’ control or force majeure (such as riot, fire, explosion, accident, flood, earthquake, sabotage, strikes, acts of law or regulation by foreign Authorities, epidemic outbreak, sanitary emergency, etc) the Event Organisers cannot be held liable for any damage, cost, or loss incurred, such as transportation and accommodation costs, or any other direct or indirect loss or consequential damage.  Conference registrations fees will be refunded after deduction of expenses already incurred or alternative arrangements offered to delegates.  You are advised to have your own insurance to cover for travel disruption and other unforeseen circumstances.

• Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive any refunds.

Liability Waiver
The safety and well-being of our attendees is our top priority.  The ESPO 2023 Organisers and The ACC Liverpool are committed to providing a safe environment for the event and will make every reasonable effort to do so.  However, as an attendee, you must fully understand and knowingly, voluntarily and irrevocably assume all risk related to entry into, and presence in, at and around the event venue(s), which may include an increased risk of exposure to communicable diseases.  As an attendee, you hereby accept personal responsibility for your voluntary participation in the event and assume all responsibility of claims and potential claims relating to any risks and hazards of attendance.
